Baby Birds

My mother loved feeding and watching her birds from the front window. The feeders are gone but I found a nest of 3 baby robins in the small willow tree outside that same window. The mother Robin kept a close eye on me while I tried to get a good photo. I could hear my mother saying "don't upset that mama bird". Hence, I didn't get a good photo of the babies. They are sleeping here, the other day they had their mouths wide open and chirping. I know my parents are enjoying them from their view.

Father's day

Savannah and Jaxon rule the castle in the backyard, can't wait for the turret to be built. They have fun no matter what though.

Hazel concentrates on the "roll the marble" game.

Bert sings "O My Father" to his father. Kevin gets a new shirt, tie and my dad's wedding ring.

Emily's 20th birthday!!

Emily's birthday is on the 17th but we celebrated on Father's day.

Helping Grandma out

Jaxon and Savannah help empty out the water barrels so Grandpa can roll the shed by. They were so helpful and adorable!!

Moving the shed

Kevin, Nate and Noah prepare to move the shed so the front of the shed is level with the front of the garage, about 30 feet. They jacked it up and slid in some metal pipes and rolled it. It sounds easier than it was, but they did it!! Now we have amble room for our playhouse/castle.

Fear of heights -NOT!

Jacob in Yosemite on his 28th birthday. He did not inherit my fear of heights!!

Family Night Surprise

Noah, Steph and little Noah helped me surprise Kevin for FHE. It was 3 years ago that he proposed to me so we went back to where it all began...this was where our first date was also.

May 17th

I proposed that we stay married, he said "yes".

Memorial Day 2010

After visiting my Grandmother's grave site in Pleasant Grove we had a BBQ with the Dyers and friends.

I scream, You scream...

we all scream for ice cream!! only because our hands got so cold from making our own ice cream in a bag, actually it was fun and delish!!! We served it over banana-chocolate chip cake and topped it with fresh berries, yum!

Slow Poke

Or do the rest of us just eat fast. Noah is always the last one eating his meal, while the rest of us are on to dessert!

Christine's Back and gone again

Christine arrived safe and sound from her mission, only to leave with her family for Europe.

S'mores!!

Memorial Day

Here's the gang, minus a few that were sick and Jane is taking the photo, at the grave of my mother's parents, Jessie and Ivan Gillam.

Headstone

Here's my brother placing flowers at my parent's graves. I just don't know if I could do that right now.

Helmet Boy!

Here is little Noah with his helmet. He has slept on his back so much that it had flattened. This doesn't put pressure on his head, it just allows his head to grow to the correct shape.
Still as cute as ever!! So is his mama.

Macaroni and Cheese

that's the name of my horse, okay NOT MY horse. Our department had a retreat up at the Zermatt resort in Midway and we took a break and went on a trail ride.
